This policy on the processing of personal data ("Personal Data Policy") describes how MODEOUTLET collects and processes information about you. The personal data policy applies to personal data that you submit to us or that we collect via MODEOUTLET's website, www.modeoutlet.dk

USE OF DATA PROCESSORS
We use external companies to, among other things, carry out the technical operation of the Website, e.g. our suppliers assist us in connection with carrying out targeted marketing, including for retargeting, and improving the website as well as for your assessment of our products. These companies are data processors and under our instructions and process data for which we are data controllers. The data processors may not use the data for any purpose other than fulfilling the agreement with us, and are subject to confidentiality regarding this.
One of these data processors, Google Analytics v/Google Inc, is established in the USA. The necessary guarantees for the transfer of information to the USA are ensured through the data processor's certification under the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield. The right of access You are entitled at any time to request us in writing for information about, among other things, which information we have registered about you, what purpose the registration serves, which categories of personal data and recipients of information may be may be, as well as information about where the information originates.
You can see at any time what personal data we have registered about you by logging on to MODEOUTLET and under your profile, clicking on Personal data, if you do not have a MODEOUTLET account, you must send a written request to info@modeoutlet.dk together with documentation that you are the person in question.
The right to rectification You have the right to have inaccurate personal data about you rectified by us. If you become aware that there are errors in the information we have registered about you, you are encouraged to contact us in writing so that the information can be corrected.
Information that we have collected in connection with your registration to our customer club, you have the opportunity to correct yourself via login to your user profile.
The right to erasure
In certain cases, you have the right to have all or some of your personal data deleted by us, e.g. if you revoke your consent to your registration for our customer club. To the extent that processing your information is necessary, e.g. to be able to comply with our accounting obligations, we are not obliged to delete your personal data.
The right to restrict processing to storage
In certain cases, you have the right to have the processing of your personal data limited to storage only, for example if you believe that the information we process about you is incorrect.
The right to data portability
You have the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format and have the right to transfer this data to another data controller when we collect your personal data in connection with:
